For too long, women's health has been whispered about, minimized, or ignored entirely. Meanwhile, women are quietly dealing with real things: dryness, mood shifts, changes in desire, the feeling that their body and mind aren’t in sync.
We're changing that, and we need you to help us do it.
Whether you'll be sharing your own story or bringing another customer's experience to life on camera, every woman cast becomes part of something bigger: a community of women refusing to stay quiet about their health.
What Does The Open Casting Entail?

- Step 2: If selected, you'll move on to an interview process–including a video call with the brand where we'd love to hear more about your story.
- Step 3: We'll choose 3 women to join us on an all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles for the shoot—plus $1,000 compensation for your time.
- Step 4: On shoot day, get the full star treatment: a glam squad, a chance to be on camera, and time with the O Positiv Health team.

We are featuring real customers with unique stories from all walks of life. Remember, if you aren't chosen for this shoot, there will be additional opportunities in the future. Please specify in your application if you would like us to save your information for future opportunities.
We are looking for women ages 25+ who are able to travel to Los Angeles for one full-day photo/video shoot. You do not need to be a professional actor or model. As long as you're comfortable getting your picture taken and talking to the camera, we'll coach you through the rest. You'll be required to arrive on set with a clean, natural face. We strongly believe in showcasing real stories and encourage everyone to embrace themselves as they are. By applying, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Yes! If you are traveling from outside Los Angeles, we'll provide round-trip travel and a 2-day, 1-night stay in Los Angeles with a $100/day meal stipend.
Yes! Each selected participant will receive a $1,000 payment plus a 12-month supply of URO Vaginal Moisture + Mood Capsules.
