TERMS & CONDITIONS
URO VAGINAL MOISTURE + MOOD CAPSULE TV COMMERCIAL OPEN CASTING CALL
THIS IS NOT A CONTEST AND THERE IS NO PRIZE OR COMPENSATION FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION. SELECTED PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE COMPENSATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7.
O Positiv Health is looking for real URO Vaginal Moisture + Mood Capsule customers to participate in an upcoming national TV commercial. We believe women's health stories deserve to be told openly and authentically, and we want our campaigns to reflect that. This casting call is your opportunity to be considered for an all-expenses-paid shoot in Los Angeles, California. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application.
1. WHO CAN APPLY
This casting call is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who:
- Are at least 25 years of age at the time of submission;
- Are verified or self-identified customers of URO Vaginal Moisture + Mood Capsules;
- Submit a complete application as described below; and
- Are able to travel to Los Angeles, California for a one full-day shoot if selected.
This casting call is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited.
2. SUBMISSION PERIOD
The submission period opens upon publication of this casting call and closes at 11:59 PM PT on May 7, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. All deadlines are based on Pacific Time.
3. HOW TO APPLY
During the Entry Period, applicants must complete the online application form in full, including:
- Your name, email address, age, location, and other requested contact information;
- Your responses to all required application questions;
- At least one selfie photo as specified in the application form; and
- Social media handles, if you are comfortable sharing them.
Limit one (1) submission per person. Incomplete submissions may be disqualified at O Positiv Health's sole discretion. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to apply. O Positiv Health may or may not confirm receipt of your application.
4. HOW YOUR SUBMISSION WILL BE USED
Photos and information submitted as part of your application will be used solely for internal evaluation purposes to determine whether you will be invited to participate in the shoot. Submission materials will not be published, shared publicly, or used in any O Positiv Health marketing, advertising, or social media content without your separate written consent. Your personal information will be used to contact you in connection with this casting call and in accordance with O Positiv Health's Privacy Policy.
If you indicate in your application that you would like your information saved for future opportunities, O Positiv Health may retain your submission for consideration in upcoming campaigns.
5. SELECTION PROCESS
A panel of O Positiv Health representatives will review all eligible submissions received during the Entry Period. Up to 3 women will be selected to participate in the shoot. Selections will be made in O Positiv Health's sole discretion, taking into account factors such as the applicant's story, authenticity, and alignment with the campaign vision.
SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE SELECTION. O POSITIV HEALTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELECT ANY APPLICANT IT CHOOSES, OR NO APPLICANT AT ALL.
No drawings, sweepstakes, raffles, or other elements of chance are used to determine selected participants.
6. NOTIFICATION
O Positiv Health will begin reaching out to selected applicants by mid-May 2026 via the email address provided in the application. O Positiv Health will make up to two (2) attempts to contact each selected applicant. O Positiv Health is not responsible if a selected applicant is unreachable or receives notification too late to participate. Applicants who do not receive notification by the stated date should assume they were not selected. O Positiv Health is under no obligation to notify applicants who were not selected.
7. SHOOT PARTICIPATION
Selected applicants will be invited to travel to Los Angeles, California for a one full-day photo and video shoot. O Positiv Health will provide round-trip travel, a 2-day, 1-night hotel stay, and a $100/day meal stipend for participants traveling from outside the Los Angeles area.
Prior to the shoot, selected participants may be required to participate in a virtual pre-production call to review shoot day logistics, expectations, and requirements.
Selected applicants will be required to:
- Arrive on set with a clean, natural face and clean, short, neutral nails;
- Sign a separate Model Grant & Release Agreement prior to or on the day of the shoot as a condition of participation. This agreement will grant O Positiv Health the right to use photographs, video footage, name, likeness, and personal story content captured during the shoot across all media channels, including television, digital, social media, email, and ecommerce, for purposes related to the URO Vaginal Moisture + Mood Capsule campaign.
Selected applicants who do not sign the release will not be permitted to participate in the shoot.
As compensation for participating, each selected participant will receive a $1,000 payment and a 12-month supply of URO Vaginal Moisture + Mood Capsules.
AN INVITATION TO THE SHOOT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY RESULTING PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEO CONTENT WILL BE USED IN ANY O POSITIV HEALTH CAMPAIGN OR MARKETING MATERIALS.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting an application, all applicants agree to release and hold harmless O Positiv Health, and each of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses arising from participation in this casting call or, if selected, participation in the shoot, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond the Releasees' control that may cause the casting call or shoot to be disrupted, postponed, or cancelled; and (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with participation in the casting call or shoot.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Releasees are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected submissions; unauthorized access to or alteration of submission materials; or technical malfunctions of any kind. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CASTING CALL OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOOT.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
O Positiv Health reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this casting call at any time without liability in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, or other unforeseen events.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By submitting an application, each applicant acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of O Positiv Health, which are final and binding in all matters related to this casting call. O Positiv Health reserves the right to disqualify any applicant at any time for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this casting call shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. O Positiv Health's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
