I started taking these in conjunction with the URO vaginal probiotic capsules, about two months ago and I haven’t had a UTI or BV in about a month and a half! Before starting, I was getting a UTI and/or BV at least once a month.

They really work i was skeptical at first but they are awesome

I’m currently taking the urinary track supplement and the vaginal probiotic. . Together they have improved the quality of my life tremendously. It’s so great not to have to be going to urgent care every other month for a UTI. I am glad not to be living on microbiome destroying antibiotics. Thank you very much!
