It’s great overall! I love that it helps with clean energy and is a probiotic as well! I wish it was stronger for my poor messed up gut. I’ve been trying to find good probiotics that do the trick. Hopefully through time Ov positive probiotics (All or any) work out. In time we shall see. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yup and I did!
