I have been using this for awhile now and i have seen a bit of a change. I am not as hungry as I used to be and definitely see a difference in my stomach going down. Not as bloated as I use to be. I will continue to use this product as they always say consistency is the key.

This product has been helpful in controlling my craving. Also help me to control my portions. So far so great

I have used this for two months. I only take one tablet a day and have no noticed tangible weight loss. However, I have noticed more sustained energy, way less bloating, and healthy bowel movements. I plan to take the two a day eventually but for now this is working fine on just one.

I have only used it for a month but I can tell a big difference in going to the bathroom more often. Hopefully with continued use, I can get to my desired weight.
