Put it in any drink. Except water you will feel your stomach going down n gas your cooch smelling good. I love it. Give it about two weeks

I purchased this product thinking it came in pill form but then I kept reading it was tasteless. . well it’s not and the taste should be improved or really be tasteless completely. I have to add it to coffee and creamer just to mask the taste. Other than that, the product is helpful so far!
