I'm not bloated and feel better

Added this to my daily diet. Needed something for post workout and feminine care. Only been using it for a week will see how 30 days is. I use it one cup daily.

I like the fact that I can get my collagen and probiotic and one form. What I dislike is the taste. I do mix it in with my coffee now. Also, I’m not sure why the serving size is only 20 and not for a four month.
