WORKS but too sweet
I recently moved from capsules to this gummy and it absolutely works!! Love the capsules but the gummies are really sweet/sour and I have to split them with my gummy Multivitamin in order to chew. This mixture balances the taste good enough for me. Probably going back to capsules until changes are made to this gummy. Otherwise GREAT product!!

Happy!
I was using another menopause formula, and it was okay, but trying these gummies made a big difference. I feel like they work much better, and they're actually enjoyable to take, which is nice considering I take a lot of supplements!

AWESOME, but stay away from the gummies🤢
This product has helped with hot flashes. I highly recommend them!!! However, STAY AWAY FROM THE GUMMIES! They are soft and have a thick, right texture that is just gross. I can barely eat them.
