I take 2 of them at night. It helps some of my symptoms, they're not as bad. I can sleep a bit better then if I didn't take them.

The menopause vit. Capsule. Omg let me tell you, that it totally has and is helping me! All my hot flashes and moods has gone! The vaginal moisture works perfect! I’m loving all my supplements!

I recently moved from capsules to this gummy and it absolutely works!! Love the capsules but the gummies are really sweet/sour and I have to split them with my gummy Multivitamin in order to chew. This mixture balances the taste good enough for me. Probably going back to capsules until changes are made to this gummy. Otherwise GREAT product!!
