I really love these! They actually work and I love that it is all natural! I have a lot of food allergies and medicine allergies. And these do not irritate or cause me any problems. Highly recommend for anyone going thru menopause.

I didn’t have hot flashes. I stayed hot all the time. I could wear a tank top in 40 degree weather. Since I started taking Meno, I feel temperature. I have a coat, hat for outside and wear a sweater in my office instead of turning on my fan.

I have tried iver counter, shots and other all natural and these pills are the best. I have to take 3 a night to control thru the night, but these have worked the best.
