I love this stuff. I drink it first thing in the morning, and I have noticed more energy and my nails are growing for the first time in my life. My hair is also stronger. It tastes great and mixes well with water.

I have been taking this for a few weeks and I feel like it’s helping with my mood and stress. I highly recommend mixing this in a shaker cup or Blender Bottle that comes with a metal whisk insert. You need to mix the powder really well otherwise it’s not gonna taste good. The better you mix it the better it tastes.

I just feel better when I take it. I usually drink with my first bottle of water at work. Sometimes if forgot to take it home in the weekends. I can tell the difference when I don't drink after a day or two.
