It really is flavorless and you can put it in just about any drink (hot drinks not recommended since heat can break down creatine). However it doesn't dissolve completely and can be a little gritty. You have to make sure you agitate your cup/bottle often because a good enough portion of the powder will settle to the bottom.

This stuff is so easy to throw into any drink! I love that it’s flavorless and that there is no weird grittiness or texture. You can literally add it to anything.

Easy to add in to protein shake or drinks! No taste and works great!

Loved how this fit into my daily routine, usually just sprinkling it into my electrolyte drink. I feel much stronger at the gym when taking as well.
