Yes, FLO is vegan. And NO, FLO has never been tested on animals. In fact, Bobby trying out about a thousand variations of the fun pink capsules was the closest we ever got to animal testing.

Is FLO FDA Approved?
By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements. But, the FDA does regulate both dietary supplements and dietary ingredients. At FLO, we follow what the FDA established for dietary supplements in 2007 called "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. We not only tested for stability with our manufacturers, but also did 3rd-party testing for potency of active ingredients, adulterants like heavy metals and microbes, allergens, rancidity and other unwanted contaminants.
Are there any artificial flavors, colors, or dyes in FLO?
LOL...we would never.
What does FLO tea do?
For those who have been asking for a sugar free FLO, we heard you loud and clear! These clear capsules with pink beadlets are completely sugar free. Other than that, FLO capsule and FLO gummy have the same time-tested ingredients: chasteberry, dong quai, and vitamin B6!
Are there any allergens in here?

Are there any side effects?
FLO is formulated with time-tested ingredients: chasteberry, dong quai, a bit of vitamin B6. Past research shows that these ingredients are rockstars when it comes to alleviating the symptoms of PMS, with low risk of side effects. The ingredients in FLO also help to balance hormones--ever heard of ‘em? They can be tricky little suckers, that’s for sure. So, we always recommend consulting your physician before taking any of our products.
Can I take FLO while on birth control?
We always recommend consulting your physician prior to taking FLO, especially if you are currently taking any medication. That goes for pills, patches, arm implants, hormonal IUDs, and any other forms of contraception.
Can I take FLO if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you’re pregnant (congrats!!) or breastfeeding, we do not recommend taking FLO. Furthermore, if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before taking any of our products.
Can FLO be taken with prescription medication?
